Rock bands are made of a singer, electric guitars , a electric bass, a drums, and a piano. A regular band has 2 electric guitarists, one electric bassist, a drummer, and a pianist. The reason for 2 guitar players is that one will play the melody and the other will be the lead guitar which is encharged of doing solos and riffs (common parts of the music). The bassist, drummer, and pianist are encharged of the melody.
